Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Processing time includes order confirmation, quality checking, packing, and preparing your package for shipment. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created. In some cases, tracking information may take a few business days to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Magicvow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery progress is managed by the carrier.

Magicvow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other situations outside our control.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building mail area first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.

Magicvow is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by your country or local authorities.
