  1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Complete with all accessories, manuals, and included items
Not damaged, modified, or misused by the customer

For safety reasons, products that have been used, activated, damaged, or exposed to fire paper use may not be eligible for return.

Items without original packaging
Items missing accessories or parts
Products returned after the 30-day return window
Flash paper or consumable refill items once opened or used

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after receiving it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or payment account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. Magicvow is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
